Wombat is a soil profiling tool with excellent depth resolution and rapid stop-go operability. It is in development (in 2023). Should there be urgent need for such an instrument then talk to us about funding hastened development. Update January 2024 - development continues with anticipated capability to resolve 2 variable thickness layers, plus underlying substrate, in soil between the surface and 3m deep.
